"Pirate Mike"

Orange County's best KJ. Known for crazy outfits, hidden inuendos on the mic, and an insatiable (yet questionable) obsession with pirates.

Position: KJ and Event director
Schedule: Friday and Saturday Nights
Drink: Coors light
Quote: "I love tater tots!"



Rachel

Every restaurant must have it's "token spunky girl", and we are not above exploiting one ourselves. May we present (drum roll please) .... RACHEL!

Position: Hostess, Token Spunky Girl, et al.



Alex "The Guatamaulan Tornado"

Alex is the Azteca's male answer to Coyote Ugly. Known for womanizing, throwing drinks in people's faces, and general mischievousness.

Position: Bartender
Schedule: Mon-Thurs-Fri nights
Drink: It really doesn't matter...does it?
Quote: "You talking to me!?!"



Andrea "Knuckles"

Andrea is always open to criticism. She especially enjoys those that tell her how to bartend. No, really...she does.

Position: Bartender
Schedule: Sun, Tue, Wed, Sat nights
Drink: Bushmills
Quote: "I love getting people drunk"



Heather "The Rearranger"

She stalks like a cat and pounces on her helpless prey when they sleep at night. It is strongly suggested that you stay awake at all times.

Schedule: Back-up, eg; all the time
Drink: Vodka + Soda
Quote: "Really?"



Tim "Paul Bunyon"

Look, up in the sky. It's a bush! It's a large, grotesque sponge! No it's...it's just Tim's enormous mop of hair.

Drink: Jack + Coke
Quote: "I'd rather get bent over than..."



Mark "The Enforcer"

This guy is just absolutely perfect. No really. He is. He-Man like physique, chisled features, kind, caring, and intelligent to boot. He's the guy, that other guys dream of being. He doesn't even have an ego.

Drink: Tuaca + Coke
Quote: "F*ck JJ!"



Brian "The Watcher"

Don't be fooled by this beast's mild manner appearance. It is just a ploy. The fact remains that this man really is a large teddy-bear in disguise.

Schedule: Friday and Saturday nights
Drink: Gummi-bear (yeah...we know)
Quote: "I beat on TJ regularly"



Alex

Alex is our head waiter and JJ's right hand man. There really is nothing funny to say about him. He just kinda...is there, you know? Great guy, trustworthy, blah, blah, blah...

Position: Head waiter.




Darlene

Darlene is the brains behind the Azteca operation. Don't be fooled, JJ is just the face man, but when it comes to paying the bills, Darlene is our girl.

Position: Administration ( ie: running the business).



Our doorman Jesse

Nobody captures the persona of Elvis at the Azteca better than our doorman Jesse. Just watch out for his super-Elvis-slide (don't tell him its not a secret power though).

Hector (Bus), Eddie (Dishes), Javier (Cook)

These guys are our kitchen staff. So of course you know, these are the guys you want to keep happy, which by the way, is no small feat.

Lalo

Trustworthy, kind, and humble are the words we use to describe Lalo. His personality serves as the counter-balance to the rest of the deviant characters around here. Poor Lalo.

Venturo and Christino

Venturo is our waiter of 29 years. Christino is another member of our kitchen staff.

Javier

Javier is our head cook. Yeah, the guy you don't want to piss off! He has been known to thrown food, cooked or raw. It really doesn't matter.
